As an experienced in-house counsel with an extensive background in transactional, regulatory and administrative law and litigation, I excel at building and managing legal and compliance departments, as well as strategic planning and working alongside business partners. As General Counsel to a private-equity owned healthcare organization, I lead the enterprise’s team of attorneys and compliance professionals to provide legal counsel and guidance across all divisions. In addition to learning something new every day, my career allows me to share my love of travel with my sons, Sohan and Tejan. When we’re not traveling, or under a Covid lockdown in the Bay Area, I spend most of my time freezing in ice hockey rinks watching my boys play for their travel teams.
