PITCH SF 2013 Startup Competition Winner Receives Prize Meeting With Angel Investor Esther Dyson

New prize for the winning team of Women 2.0 PITCH SF 2013 Startup Competition – an investor meeting with Esther Dyson!

Esther Dyson is an angel investor in female-founded companies like Flickr and 23andMe. She will be meeting with the winner of Women 2.0’s PITCH SF 2013 Startup Competition. Female-founded companies with under $1 million in funding should apply by Friday, January 4, 2013 (EOD) for your chance to pitch onstage at the Women 2.0 Conference for prizes and exposure.

Concentrating on emerging digital technologies, Esther is Chairwoman of EDventure Holdings. She focuses on issues related to medical technology, aviation and space travel. Currently, Esther sits on the boards of 23andMe, Meetup, WPP Group, Eventful.com, Evernote, Boxbe and Yandex, the leading Russian search company. She has invested in female-founded companies including Flickr (acquired by Yahoo!), 23andMe, ConsumerBell, PayPerks and Zeel.
