Deadline to apply for NewMe accelerator for minority-led startups has been extended to June 15, 2012.

Earlier this week, the NewMe accelerator announced that the fall application deadline has been extended to June 15, 2012.

The NewME Accelerator is a 12 week immersive program that combines quality startups from around the country in one accelerator program to eat, sleep and breath startups. 60% of the first group of NewME accelerator alums have raised money. Here is the updated schedule for NewMe accelerator, and a look at some of the female founders of tech startups who participated in NewMe:

Alisa Boguslavskaya (Co-Founder, FetchMob)
Boston-based Alisa Boguslavskaya started community-buying startup FetchMob, a way to allow people to buy what they need without shopping for it, with co-founder Crisson Jno-Charles. Follow her on Twitter at @alisabog.

Amanda McClure (Co-Founder & President, Kairos)

Angela Benton (Co-Founder, NewMe Accelerator & Publisher, Black Web 2.0)
