Lisa Maki, co-founder and CEO of PokitDok, raises a seed round of funding and launches.

Consumer-facing health startup PokitDok raised $1.3M in seed round funding led by Charles River Ventures.

Serial entrepreneur Lisa Maki co-founded PokitDok in 2011 and currently serves as the company’s CEO.

Prior to PokitDok, Lisa co-founded BeliefNetworks, a semantic search company purchased by Benefitfocus in 2010. Prior to that, Lisa held several roles at Microsoft, including Product Unit Manager for product research assisting International Disaster Response and Recovery during times of crisis and Director of Program Management for all Consumer products.

Lisa is experienced in software design and delivery, organizational design and leadership development for technology-based companies. In addition, she serves on the board of directors for Relocality.
