She works with organizations to help them better recruit, retain, and advance women and diverse talent, and does trainings for women on empowerment and public speaking. She also does one on one coaching with women on confidence, leadership, and communication. Samantha also leads North America, South America and European partnerships for Equal Reality, a virtual reality company focused on trainings for Diversity and Inclusion.
