Facebook Director Of Global Agency Relations Sarah Personette To Keynote At PITCH NYC 2012 Conference (November 14)

PITCH NYC 2012 Conference welcomes Facebook’s Sarah Personette to the stage next Wednesday in New York!

We are excited to announce that Facebook’s Director of Global Agency Relations Sarah Personette will be delivering a keynote eat PITCH NYC Conference. She joins keynote speakers Geraldine Laybourne (Founder, Oxygen Network), Fran Maier (Founder, Match.com and TRUSTe) and Sandy Lerner (Founder, Cisco and Urban Decay) on November 14.

The topic of her talk will be “Building a New Competency: Startup to IPO” where she will discuss dynamics of building a team from the ground up, talk through steps taken from the concept of the idea to actual activation and growth, and address challenges in building a new team when you’re a startup and then maintaining the integrity of that team after the startup has grown bigger (i.e. IPO stage).

After working on Facebook’s Global Customer Marketing team as strategic consultant for the CPG vertical, Sarah shifted roles to build the Global Agency Team at Facebook and is focusing on building out relationships with the Agency community. She believes there is real opportunity to mobilize agencies to design creative, social campaigns from the very beginning.
