Women 2.0 is excited to welcome Marci McCue from Flipboard‘s founding team and their head of marketing as a speaker for the 2013 Women 2.0 Conference in February. She led the company’s communications and marketing strategy since the launch of the social magazine in July 2010.

Today, Flipboard has over 20 million users and adds a new one every second, bringing people the most informative, entertaining and amazing stories – from around the world and their daily life on iPad, iPhone and Android phones.

She sits on the board of Foodily, a company that lets people share and discover recipes, dishes and foods by showing what others are enjoying. She is an early investor, believing that everyday decisions, like what to eat or cook for your family and friends, can be made easier with social technologies.

Please join me in welcoming Marci to the Women 2.0 Conference speaker roster, filling out the list of who’s who of Silicon Valley startup companies and product leaders! Get your ticket to join us on February 14 in San Francisco at Women 2.0’s biggest event of the year.
