Mobile startup Mobsmith, co-founded by CEO Ingrid Lestiyo, was acquired for a rumored $10 million today.

Rubicon Project, an online ad tech agency in Los Angeles, acquired Mobsmith for $10 million today, according to AllThingsD. Mobsmith was co-founded by CEO Ingrid Lestiyo, an engineer and Harvard Business School graduate.

Ingrid launched Mobsmith two years ago as an ad execution platform for premium publishers / ad networks. She raised financing from Blumberg Capital and XG Ventures.
