Jagruti Bhikha has been in the technology sector for more than two decades, working in companies ranging from Fortune 500 companies, VC firms, startups, and non-profits in the technology space in Silicon Valley.
Her corporate experience has led her to work with executives around the world to build diverse and inclusive cultures that foster authenticity and fuel innovation. She brings her background in technology, customer success and insights, and DEI strategies to help early stage ventures grow, hire and innovate.
Since 2013, she has invested in early-stage ventures, mainly in technology space specifically SaaS. She has started and managed an early stage VC fund, which now has over 30 portfolio companies, 5 venture funds and 10 syndicates. Through this experience, she has developed a process framework used to attract quality deal flow, conduct due diligence, make investment decisions and support portfolio companies.
She loves educating first time early-stage investors and supporting diverse founders and investors.
