Get to Know Our 10 PITCH Finalists

All the amazing female-founded startups you’ll see pitching in Vegas in one place.

We were thrilled to announce the finalists selected for PITCH Las Vegas, 2014. Now, with just 14 days to go until the big conference, we wanted to round up these ten incredible companies, chosen from more than 100 applications from around the world, all in one place. Each startup has demonstrated high-growth potential, has at least one female founder and raised less than a million dollars in funding to date. On November 15, 2013 they will have the opportunity to pitch live in front of a panel of judges for the opportunity to win prizes including key startup resources like cloud services from Rackspace and office space from Silicon Valley Pad, as well as meetings with iconic investors with Kevin Rose and Shanna Tellerman of Google Ventures and Esther Dyson. CareBooker has over 3,000+ service providers available for booking, has closed over ten partnerships to rapidly increase the number of service providers and families booking on the platform, and is excited to be launching a new web 2.0 site in the coming weeks.

DailyDollar provides consumers with free online storage and easy access to receipts. The company also serves as a matchmaker between merchants and consumers, using line-item data that enables merchants to target the most relevant offers to consumers based on comprehensive purchase history.

Totspot is a mobile marketplace for savvy moms to discover, buy and sell great quality used kids items such as toys, clothes, baby gear and books. Totspot combines rich image based product discovery with mobile commerce to provide moms with a joyful shopping experience right from their smartphone. Selling on Totspot is incredibly easy. Moms can sell either by taking snaps and listing items themselves, or they can simply tap a button and summon the Totspot concierge to pickup, price, list and sell your kids items. During its private beta, 56% of the users were active on a daily basis. The app will be available for download for SF Bay Area parents starting November.

It provides travelers with meaningful experiences and cultural exchange, and local hosts the opportunity to interact with travelers from around the world while making an income.

weeSpring helps parents collect advice from their friends about what they need for their family, from strollers and sippy cups to apps and — ultimately — appliances.  It’s Consumer Reports for the Facebook generation, with unparalleled user engagement.  Since launching in January, they’ve seen 25% month-over-month growth and today have more reviews on the products on their site than most major retailers.
