The Kauffman Foundation lays out the numbers on just how far women still lag behind men in leading high-growth businesses.

Though the number of women earning advanced degrees that qualify them to lead high-growth businesses is increasing, men still make up the majority of leaders in growing firms. This infographic from the Kauffman Foundation shows exactly how bad the problem is and compares the proportion of women in computer science and engineering to those in other highly qualified fields like medicine.
