Here are the women that “10 Silicon Valley Movers & Shakers” did not miss out on – and they are real powerhouses!

  • Former software engineer Clara Shih exercised her business smarts in launching Hearsay Social, which became cash-flow positive in the first year of operation! She was appointed to the board of Starbucks in 2011 at age 29.
  • After her previous startup was acquired for $150 million in 2011, serial entrepreneur Gina Bianchini launched MightyBell for groups and is a huge part of the Lean In online movement.
  • After selling her previous startup World of Good to eBay in 2010, social entrepreneur Priya Haji started SaveUp to help Americans improve their financial situations (ie. rebuilding savings, digging out of debt).
  • Entrepreneur Rebecca Woodcock launched her startup Cake Health onstage at TechCrunch Disrupt 2011 and received accolades comparing her presentation style to Steve Jobs!
