Google Ventures Leads $10M Investment In Adelphic Mobile, Co-Founded By CEO Jennifer Lum

Serial entrepreneur Jennifer Lum announced raising $10 million today in venture funding from Google Ventures and Matrix Partners for Adelphic Mobile.

The funding will be used to accelerate product development and scale the Boston-based mobile advertising startup. Adelphic Mobile’s product targets ads in real-time by analyzing signals to identify customers, including age, gender, time and place – not just their device and network.

CEO Jennifer Lum states, “Our goal is to change the vast ‘dark supply’ of anonymous mobile impressions into rich, audience-specific inventory for brands and media owners.”

Jennifer Lum has been profiled as an angel investor on Women 2.0 and is a mentor at TechStars in Boston.

We look forward to watching mobile entrepreneurs like Jennifer Lum (along with Aquto CEO and founder Susie Kim Riley of Aquto, Smaato co-founder Petra Vorsteher and Drawbridge CEO and founder Kamakshi Sivaramakrishnan) change the ratio at male-dominated mobile tech conferences.
