Saygent Raises $1M in Funding After Starting Up at Women 2.0 Startup Weekend 1.5 Years Ago

Saygent, a voice response and analysis startup co-founded by Mariya Genzel, announced raising $1M dollars from 500 Startups, Innovation Endeavors, Juvo Capital, Kapor Capital, Kima Ventures, Orefa Investment, PG Ventures, Ty Danco, and Matthew Grodin this week.

Women 2.0 met Saygent Co-Founder & CTO Mariya Genzel at the Women 2.0 Startup Weekend a year and a half ago. At the time, Mariya was working on Ultimate Hire with the goal of minimizing the pain of recruiting and met her co-founder Guy Hirsch that weekend.
